What is your Shipping Policy?

Currently we ship only to the US. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email when we ship your order. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

How do I care for my SKiVYS?

We suggest washing your SKiVYS on delicate/cold, and either laying flat to dry or tumble dry low for the longest life of your garment.
