We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after holding it in your hands or trying it on, you are not completely satisfied. Our policy is simple:
"IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE."
1. Returns must be accompanied by a completed RETURN FORM. If you are unable to print a copy of the Return Form, please be sure to include all the information requested on our form.
2. Please note that we cannot refund the original or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error. In the event of a shipping error, please include the amount of your return shipping charges on the Return Form and return the package to us via a non-expedited shipping method such as USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Skivys will not be responsible for expedited return shipping charges.
