The success of Skivys depends on your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the product price.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your order if the merchandise is in its original, unused condition. A completed Return Form (or other document including all the requested information) must accompany your return. Please note that we can only refund the original and non-expedited return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error. Do not use this form to make an exchange as it will only delay the processing of your new order. To make an exchange, simply return the existing product(s) using this form and place a new online or phone order for the product(s) you want to exchange for.
